TNF Alpha ELISA

The Invitron TNF Alpha ELISA is an immunometric assay for the quantitative measurement of Tumor Necrosis Factor Alpha (TNF-α) in human samples.

Protocol

Add 100 μl sample to each well

Incubate for 2 hour at room temp

Wash 5 times and add biotin antibody

Incubate for 1 hour at room temp

Wash 5 times and add conjugate

Incubate for 1 hour at room temp

Wash 5 times and add substrate

Incubate for 15 min at room temp

Add stop solution and read at 450nm
